On November 23rd 2011, Mr. Gerry Costello, former Manager of The Stork Club in Port Stanley in the 1970’s,
presented the 24-piece, Central Elgin Collegiate Orchestra playing Big Band music at The Wharf Restaurant.
Attendees were treated to great music and dance, a special perch lunch, and a chance to meet Mr. Costello and see some of his
traveling memorabilia from his original Stork Club collection.
Plans are in the air to hold regular music and dance events locally, hosted by The Stork Club, and we look forward to having Mr. Costello,
an accomplished pianist, entertain in the near future.
